We are based in the UK, and all of our physical stock is shipped from either Colchester or Central London.
We have a bunch of different shipping options that will carry different delivery times according to where you are in the world, and what level of shipping service you select.
Delivery estimates are provided when you select a shipping option when viewing your basket.
If you can't find a postage service that covers your location, drop us an email and we'll see what we can do.
All our prices are listed in Sterling (GBP). If you're outside of the UK, your card issuer should automatically exchange your GBP order total into your local currency as part of the transaction process.
For digitally delivered items (MP3, WAV downloads etc.) we cannot accept returns and therefore cannot issue refunds.
For physical items that have been delivered damaged or faulty, first of all send us an email with your Order ID and the details of the damaged or faulty item, we'll then ask you to return it to us (you will be reimbursed for the return postage). Please don't return anything without contacting us first, though.
Yes, we use Barclaycard EPDQ for our internet orders, which is secured using 128 bit SSL encryption.
If you order physical items from us, we will store your name and address so we can post you your stuff. This is kept entirely private and isn't shared with anybody else for any reason other than our delivery process.
Your email address is required as part of our sign up process, and can be updated at any time through the members section of the website.
We will not send you any promo emails unless you have opted-in to our mailing list at any of the various points where this option is made available. If you are subscribed, your email address will be kept solely for Nature Scene mailings and won't be shared with anyone else.
Digital Items - no - once the transaction has taken place and you have retrieved your download(s), we cannot cancel your purchase.
Physical items - yes - we will honour your right to cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you want to cancel a physical purchase, you need to do two things:
- Inform us in writing (an email is fine) within 7 working days of receipt of delivery
- Send us back the items you wish to cancel (they must be in perfect condition, in the case of CDs/vinyl etc. that means sealed, unplayed). It's also a good idea to use recorded or special delivery as you will be responsible for returning us the items in resaleable condition.
When we've got the stuff back OK we will credit you within 30 days (as soon as we can basically) less postage costs.
N.B. If you cancel your order before you take delivery of your items, and then subsequently fail to accept the delivery, we will still incur a postage charge for that failed delivery and so we won't be able to refund you this postage amount. Fair's fair.
